Fair Guards Security is a longstanding member of the BDSW security sector trade body.
As a trade and employers’ association, BDSW represents the interests of the security sector towards political bodies and authorities, as well as the fields of science and business. With a workforce of approximately 267,000, the security sector makes a key contribution to the internal security of Germany. According to initial estimates, turnover in 2019 was approximately 9.25 billion euros.

Softclean – the online guard control system
The online guard control system helps us in the planning of our patrols, delivers real-time monitoring of all current patrols and automatically reports unplanned occurrences in the course of patrols.
Contract staffing
We see ourselves as cooperation partners. The step towards contracting out employees was an important concern for us in order to be able to cooperate more easily with other companies. Since 2018, we have therefore had permission to contract our employees out to other companies. This authorisation to contract out employees is handled very restrictively.
